The Bank

Case Study

The Bank is Carnegie’s newest pet friendly food and wine bar, located at the heart of Koornang Road. Featuring an extensive range of beer, wine, cocktails and spirits, as well as a delicious food menu that can be enjoyed indoors as well as the outdoor lawn space. A place where google reviewers mention that the staff are “super nice” and the owners are just “trying to make the community better”

When a small business has a vision about their brand, especially at the conceptual stage well before launch, we feel super privileged to be able to help with the uniform concepts. As locals to Carnegie, Leesa from The Uniform Stylist was introduced to Tina Goudie, proprietor of The Bank to help with the direction.

Nothing, not even a pandemic, was going to stop The Goudies from launching The Bank in 2021. And nothing was going to get in the way of curating a great uniform for the team to wear.

We followed the brief from Tina, picking up elements of the brand mark which include stripes, some retro colours that matched with the chosen wallpaper of the interior, as well as a nod to the old bank itself. Partnering with Chef works and AS colour, as well as Melbourne’s premium embroider, and Australia’s most reliable printer in Sydney – to deliver durable, fit for purpose uniform options for The Bank team.

The final result – Cost effective use of the MOQ’s involved in printing and embroidery services while maximising a creative use of all brand elements and colours, all in one place.
